Functional Description CFUV

In creating the assembly for the compound Filtered UV system, Aradiant began with the proven advantages of the Classic UV system and improved upon them. The major breakthrough is the addition of a patented filtering device that has the ability to remove a tremendous amount of heat, while allowing UV energy to pass the substrate.

The design ensures that all light emanating from the reflector assembly is filtered, and when compared to the competition, the difference is obvious. Not only does Aradiant's CFUV operate without heat distortion, but it also reduces visible light so less shielding is required. Additionally, no shutters are used, and the lamps can remain on indefinitely while the press is stopped, since they always remain cool to the touch. Finally, the filtering chamber houses both liquid and solid filterants, allowing the rejected harmful heat to be removed by the liquid in the chamber to an enclosed refrigerated chilling system. The advances made in the Compound Filtered UV system make it perfect for the most demanding UV jobs.
