Aradiant offers the equipment to print and coat on both sides in one pass with long perfector presses, as well as the experience to master the process.

Aradiant's innovative coater systems are the solution for coating both sides of long-perfecting jobs in a single pass. While most major press manufacturers offer long perfector presses for double-sided printing in one pass, Aradiant is the first and only manufacturer to offer printers the equipment to coat and dry both sides as well.

Printers save time and money by completing jobs with less passes, and add value to their work with and additional product line. On presses with ten or more colors, printers can still print process colors, and Aradiant's conventional ink dryer and/or UV curing systems can be added for one complete printing and coating package.

First choose your coating system:

Small Light Independent Coater (SLIC) to convert a printing unit to a coating unit in about ten minutes

and/or

Small Light Independent Coater Plus (SLIC+) to print and coat on the last printing unit, thanks to an extra blanket cylinder.

Then choose your drying system:
Classic UV (CUV) to cure most UV applications with no ozone, no exhaust, and less heat.

and/or

Compound Filtered UV (CFUV) no cure temperature-sensitive substrates.

and/or

Tuned Frequency Infrared Dryer (TFIR) to dry conventional ink and aqueous coating.

Features:

Aradiant's wide product range gives printers the ability to spot or flood coat; print with conventional, hybrid, or UV inks; and cure all substrates, even temperature-sensitive ones.

All machinery is controlled by a central PC-based control system and/or touch screen display.

All systems are entirely custom built to fit each individual press.

Anilox roll technology is utilized on all coaters.

Closed-loop, refrigerated water-cooled UV systems provide cooler temperatures in the machine and the pressroom environment.
