DESCRIPTION: A low VOC, acidic fountain concentrate designed to eliminate calcium build-up on the
rollers and keep calcium from depositing on blankets and plates. AQUA SERIES 180
contains desensitizers and wetting agents that provide excellent ink and water balance on
all types of sheetfed presses.

Appearance/Odor: Blue-green, hazy liquid/mild odor
VOC Content (EPA Method 24): 0.7 lbs./gal.
INSTRUCTIONS: Start with 3 ounces of AQUA SERIES 180 to each gallon of press water. Increase dosage
by 1 ounce/gallon if sensitivity occurs and decrease dosage if ink stripping occurs. The
pH will be between 3.8 and 4.2 and the conductivity will increase by 600 micromhos for
each ounce of chemistry over the water’s conductivity. Use AQUA SERIES 180 with an
RBP alcohol replacer such as AQUANOL®600, to eliminate the use of alcohol.
