DIGI PLATE CLEANER
Non-emulsion Acid Plate Cleaner
DESCRIPTION: An acid based plate cleaner designed for use on CTP plates. DIGI PLATE CLEANER
has a blend of acids and cleaners to effectively remove ink and sensitivity from the plate
without affecting the image area of the unbaked CTP plate. This product can be used "on
the fly" as well as by hand.
SPECIFICATIONS: Flash Point (TCC): None
Appearance/Odor: Clear light pink with a mild odor
VOC Content (EPA Method 24): 1.0 lbs./gal.
INSTRUCTIONS: Apply a liberal amount of DIGI PLATE CLEANER to a dampened cloth and wipe
across entire plate surface to remove unwanted ink, tinting and scumming.
Using a spray bottle, spray the DIGI PLATE CLEANER onto the dampening rollers
while press is running to remove any startup scumming or tinting. In severe cases
reapplication may be necessary.
