UNITROL® 1500
One Step Fountain Concentrate with Dryer

DESCRIPTION: A one-step fountain concentrate for sheetfed and small web presses that contains ink drying agents to aid on non-absorbent stocks. UNITROL 1500 also contains additives to help control and maintain water settings for excellent print contrast and ink densities.

SPECIFICATIONS: Flash Point (TCC): 133°F Appearance/Odor: Clear blue green with an ethereal odor VOC Content (EPA Method 24): 1.8 lbs./gal.

INSTRUCTIONS: Start with 5 ounces of UNITROL 1500 to each gallon of water. Decrease dosage if ink emulsification or roller stripping occurs. Increase dosage if more plate desensitizing is needed. Each ounce of UNITROL 1500 will increase the conductivity by approximately 430 micromhos. The pH should fall in the 3.8 to 4.2 range.
